Entry 5: Repairing Tables and Apricot Trellising

This week, we repotted nemaguard peach rootstock, repaired some of our tables on the campus nursery, and trellised some of the taller apricot trees to a third row. 

About 200 nemaguard peaches were repotted into 1" pots, and were moved to the outdoor nursery. A new table was added to hold the nemaguards, and a few others with rotting and damaged wood were replaced. Later in the week, I assisted with trellising the taller apricots onto a third row. Some had outgrown their previous ties and were redone to give them room for more growth.
