Entry 7: Budding, Watering

  This week, I spent time assisting with Budding in the greenhouse. Several apricot varieties were used as the budwood, and nemaguard peaches were used as the rootstock. Labels were made for each variety and tied to them individually as they were budded. 

Watering has become even more frequent. Now, everything gets watered twice a day, several times in one session, in the morning and in the afternoon.
