Entry 8: Graft Staking

 In the persimmon fields, the grafted trees have been showing a lot of new growth. So, to prevent the wind from bending them too much and potentially breaking the graft union, we staked the new growth. Bamboo stakes were used with thick tubing to keep the grafted stems upright and stable.
